At present, MARAFIQ is owning and managing two service ustilities in the Sweifieh area:
1. Park Plaza
Palestine Real Estate Company - PRICO is the major investor in the project.
- Situated in the Sweifieh area in Amman – Jordan at the edge of the 6thcircle, one of the most active and vibrant commercial areas in Amman City.
- This project was executed in cooperation with Greater Amman Municipality on a Build – Operate – Transfer (BOT) basis . For this purpose Al Marafiq Investment Company was registered in Amman – Jordan.
- Park Plaza’s total built –up area is 50.000 m2, consisting of:
- Two commercial floors (shopping)
- Six parking floors that can accommodate around 750 cars at time.
- Three office floors with a total area over 12.000 m2.
- The project was completed and commenced operation in June 2009.
